We ship R36S Retro Handheld orders to eligible destinations in the United States, Europe, and other supported regions.

Processing time

Most orders are prepared within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing may take longer during high-demand periods or when address verification is required.

Shipping cost

Orders of $69.99 or more qualify for free standard shipping. If an order does not meet the free-shipping threshold, any available shipping charge will be shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery estimates

Standard delivery is estimated at 8-12 days after shipment for supported destinations. Delivery time may vary because of destination, carrier performance, customs processing, public holidays, weather, and local delivery conditions.
